Hi I bought the V7 back in Dec but it does not have the additional accessories as you show in the video clip. I would love to get those brushes to clean the dust and cleaning the hard stain etc. How can I purchase them? Please advice. Thanks.

Could you tell me the difference between v8 and v7 do they clean the same.

    1. AskDyson

Hi Irene, the Dyson V7™ and V8™ cord-free vacuums are very similar overall, and share a lot of the same features. The key difference is runtime – V7 offers up to 30 minutes runtime, and V8 offers up to 40 minutes. On Max mode, which can be used to tackle more stubborn dirt or clinging pet hair, V8 has higher suction with 115 air watts, compared to V7’s 100 air watts. V8 also includes a higher level of filtration, with a post-motor filter which captures allergens and expels cleaner air. I hope this info helps a little – different models within the V7 and V8 ranges will come with slightly different specifications, with the motorised floor tools and additional accessories varying in each case.
