If you have a blue light card there is another £50 off I believe.

Would definitely go for the anti hair wrap next time. Mine is constantly wrapped up in hair, needs taking apart to cut it out with the scissors.

Looking at some of the reviews it is clear hair still gets wrapped around the brush head! Also, heavy and small dirt capacity over a Dyson.

I’ve found it a lot cheaper to shave all or my families heads along with the cat.

Got one there, a battery one. The mains and battery powered ones are the same price. Also,, 8% TopCashBack. Paid in my account literally within 2 minutes, so well done all round!! Hopefully the Shark will be better than the Dyson V6 it replaces…

Had anyone else found these to be dragging on the carpet? Leaving imprints in them

anyone got a Blue Light Card discount code i could have please? :).

Which reviews suggest these aren’t good on carpets, which is a deal breaker for me.

One review states these are great all round another says opposite. One says they didn’t get hair wrapped one says they did. It really depends how you use things. If you live in a filthy dirty house and not hovering regularly you’re gonna get hair caught up or the bin will get full quickly. Bottom line is no one knows the state of each individuals house before they use these products.
Reviews on YouTube seem very good.

We have the Dyson, used it for 2 or 3 years. Almost every part replaced. Cost of ownership is horrendous. My wife’s friends all got these around Xmas, literally 4 or 5 of them, all with pets. They swear by them, all having been Dyson converts too, so we took the plunge also. Dyson will be kept in the garage for the cars and Shark for the house. Hairs DON’T get stuck, is what they all say, so take the reviews with a pinch of salt, perhaps?

I will also take your Dyson experience with a pinch of salt, as I have had one for 4-years and it is still going strong. Others in the family have them for years and have never required any parts replacing. One of the Shark reviews actually shows a picture of the hairs wrapped around the brush. Also, you can’t compare a 3-year old Dyson against a new Dyson or Shark, due to the continuous improvements.

That’s the issue I have, how do you know which review to to go with. Also this is for my elderly parents but sounds quite heavy for carrying upstairs. Might wait till the shops open so I can take a hands on look before buying.

Don’t buy one then? Simple, get off here if you are anti-Shark and pro Dyson? This is a Shark post, NOT a Dyson post? When you have both, come back and offer an unbiased review, perhaps?

Anyone else had a problem ordering this. Page just loads endlessly and then says order has failed in the ‘my orders’ section. Still shown as pending on my payment card though.

If you’re not part of the blue light services then it’s pretty disrespectful to ask for their discount.
